Multiple Teams · Volleyball Drops Matches at Elwood

The Lady Bruin volleyball teams traveled to Elwood last night. The varsity would fall to 0-19 on the season after losing to the Panthers in three sets 15-25, 14-25 and 11-25.

Hannah Reid lead the Bruins with 5 kills. She was assisted by Brittaney Dillon and Heather Harty who each earned a kill.

The JV struggled in their first match losing 5-25, but fought back to play a competitive second match before falling 17-25. Jaci Rogers returned as setter with 11 attempts while Nani Navarro contributed with 3 kills and a block.

“The ladies continue to show signs of improvement, but need to learn how to adapt to changes at position,” said Head Coach Melissa Antrim.
The JV Bruins return to match play this Saturday at the Mississinewa Invite. The invite begins at 9am.
