“This season we have had, generally speaking, two different types of meets. Meets where we prove we are working hard and getting faster and those where we realize we still need to work hard and get faster. This meet was the latter. Andrew and Josh were just seconds off their season best time, but overall we ran slower tonight. The weeknight meets are a little tougher to prepare for. Despite that, I thought we were focused mentally and looked strong throughout the races. This experience will help us for future races,” shared Coach Caldwell
