Boys Varsity Swimming, Girls Varsity Swimming · Bruin Swimmers Fall at South Adams


 

The Bruins swim teams traveled to South Adams last night. The girls lost 109-46 to fall to 0-10. The boys lost 116-59 to fall to 2-7.

Coach Christine Geise shared, “It was a tough lost but a lot of good races and close times. And a lot of positive stuff happening and we have a great idea of what we will be facing at sectionals in a two short weeks for the Lady Bruins and four more weeks for the Bruins. Sectionals will be fun this year.”

Collin Penrod: 2nd in 50Y Freestyle with new PR; 3rd in 100Y Butterfly
Bode Malott: 4th in 50Y Freestyle and 2nd in 100Y Freestyle

The Bruins head to Jay County on Tuesday for a meet that includes Muncie Burris. Swimming begins at 5:30pm.
