Bruins News · Physicals and Final Forms/Getting Your Athlete Ready for ’18-19

Reminder that all athletes must have a physical completed and the doctor’s approval sheet turned in to the BHS Athletic Office (it can be dropped off at BJHS as well) and all online “paperwork” completed at Final Forms before their first official day of practice. It would help coaches considerably if they are completed well in advance so coaches can focus on coaching come first day rather than trying to scramble to get kids eligible which puts everyone behind. It also goes far in assuring your coaches “I am here to play and ready to go!”

Those new to sports or not in the system already will go to to begin the process. Parents will register their athletes first. Then they will add an email address to get their athlete started. Please note that most use their school email address but if you are never going to look at it, use an address that you will check from time to time.

BIG REMINDER: If you use your school email, you must go to to find it! Many last year used their school email but then went to Yahoo or Google email to find it. It won’t be there! In short, go to the correct source of your email (Yahoo, Google, Outlook, etc) so you can retrieve that email and finish the process.

Please note, that those already in the system will simply, far as we are aware, just update and re-sign documents. All other info added last year should transfer over. A few have already started and are having trouble because they can’t change the information. To solve this issue, at the top of your page, just to left of your name, you will see a little calendar. Click on that and then click on 2018-19 (it says “preview” after it now, but that will probably go away as we near the start of school). That should allow you to enter or change info for ’18-19.

If you have any issues, please contact the Athletic Office (765-348-7567, x2011 or email and we will try to help you through the process.
