Girl’s Golfers Play at Norwood

Taylor Mink shot a 58 to lead the Blackford girls golf team in this evenings meet with Huntington North and Marion at Norwood Golf Club. The Lady Bruins only had two golfers to they did not score as a team. The Lady Bruin soccer team won their 3rd in a row with a 2-0 win over Tipton tonight. Allie Jennerjahn and Kara Slusser each scored goals. Cate Bennett had 11 saves in goal. Tennis Nipped by Jay Co

In a 2-3 loss against Jay County, the Bruins played their best game of the season.  Scott Thompson, playing a 2 ½ hour exhaustive game lost the first set by a tiebreaker (6-6 tie) 5-7 but rebounded to win the second set 6-3 and the final set by another tiebreaker (6-6) by 7-3 to win his match.  In

The Lady Bruin golfers went to Limberlost Golf Club to play along during a dual between South Adams and Winchester. Taylor Mink shot a 66.
