Adams Central (3-0) senior led team defeated the varsity Bruins 0-5 in spite of several competitive games.  The Junior Varsity posted a score of 0-8. The varsity tennis team dropped their 2 matches at the Hagerstown Invitational on Saturday falling to Hagerstown 5-0 and Blue River 3-2. Tennis Drops Match to South Adams

Some more close matches as South Adams was able to pull out a win over Blackford 5-0. Lone Senior Rachel Shade started off well in both of her sets, but couldn’t keep it going in her 1 singles loss. Sara Gregory had the closet match of the night losing 12-10 in a 3rd set tie-breaker.

The draw for the Marion Sectional took place last night.  The draw is as follows…. Marion vs Mississinewa Blackford vs Madison-Grant Matches are Wednesday at 5pm at Marion High School.  The Championship will take place on Thursday at 5pm. Good luck Bruins!
